The Henka Outplacement process is composed of 10 individual coaching sessions which comprise a dynamic blend of:

Henka Group Outplacement

Henka Group Outplacement Support, is a holistic training opportunity designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and confidence needed to seamlessly transition to their next professional engagement. It is centred around a collaborative and supportive environment, where participants will engage with fellow individuals navigating similar career transitions. The programme is composed of two 3-hour sessions which are facilitated by experienced coaches and covers crucial aspects of the career transition process:

Part 1 - 3 hours

  • Crafting a tailored CV that effectively showcases the individual's skills, accomplishments, and experiences. that are applicable to different job opportunities.

​

  • Writing an Application Letter that communicates the individual's enthusiasm and suitability for a specific role and uses persuasive language that highlights the person's unique value proposition and will grab the attention of hiring managers.

​

Part 2 - 3 hours

  • Interview Preparation with mock interview sessions will help individuals build the confidence and skills necessary to excel in interviews.

​

  • Effective Self-Presentation will enable individuals to present themselves and make a lasting impression on prospective employers. We focus on enhancing each individual's communication skills, body language, and overall presence, ensuring that they show professionalism and self-assuredness in every interaction.
